Take the Beeline/Beachline Expressway (528) westbound. Continue on 528 westbound and merge onto I-4 West.
Take I-4 westbound towards Tampa and Walt Disney World. Continue westbound on I-4 until Exit 64. Exit at
64 which is Highway 192 (Irlo Bronson Highway) westbound. Continue westbound on Highway 192 until you reach
Formosa Gardens Boulevard (located just east of Mile Marker Number 4). Make a left hand turn at Formosa
Gardens Boulevard. Directly ahead on the right will be Formosa Gardens Plaza. Take the second right turn
into the plaza. The Florida Choice office will be on your left at 7814 between the Outback Steakhouse and

Directions to our Office from Sanford Airport:
Start out going North on Hallelujah Way toward Pineway. Turn left onto Pineway Turn right onto South Sanford
Avenue. Turn left onto East Lake Mary Boulevard. Turn slight left onto CR-427/Ronald Reagan Boulevard. Turn
left to the ramp toward Orlando. Merge onto Central Florida Parkway/FL-417 South. Take S.R. 408 toll West exit,
exit # 33B on the left towards Orlando. Merge onto East West Expressway/Fl 408 West. Merge onto I-4 West via
exit # 10 A toward Tampa. Merge onto West Irlo Bronson Memorial /US 192 West (W. Vine Street) via exit number 64B
toward Disney. Make a U-turn onto W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway/US-192 East. Continue Westbound on highway 192
until Formosa Gardens Blvd. Make a left hand turn at Formosa Garden Boulevard. Directly ahead on the right will
be Formosa Gardens Plaza. Take the second right into plaza. The Florida Choice office will be on your left at

Directions to our Naples Office from Orlando International Airport:
From Orlando/Tampa/St. Petersburg/Ft. Meyers, take I-75 South. Take Exit 107 (Pine Ridge Rd. 896). Drive west on
Pine Ridge Road until you come to US41. Turn left onto US41 heading south to Downtown Naples. Turn right onto 4th
Avenue South. Our office is on your right, the first in a low red brick building. 865 4th Avenue South. Our phone

Directions to our Naples Office from Miami Interstate:
From Miami Airport, follow signs to Interstate 95 North (Orlando). Stay on Interstate 95 until you see signs for 595
(Naples) which leads to Interstate 75 (Naples). Take Interstate 75 to Exit 101, turn left at the first traffic light.
At the next set of traffic lights, make a right onto Davis Boulevard. At this junction there is a sign directing you
to Naples. Continue for approximately 7 miles on Davis Boulevard, following signs into Naples. Davis Boulevard merges
with US41. As you go into Old Naples, keep in the left lane, this continues into 5th Avenue. At the first traffic light
turn right into 8th Street and take your first right into 4th Avenue South. Florida Choice is on the left at the end of
