Rental Policy
RESERVATION PROCEDURE
All requests are subject to space/availability and can be made by telephone or fax, of which we will return
confirmation within 24 hours. Florida Choice requires a minimum 3 nights stay in low season and 5 nights stay
in high season. Any stay of less than 5 nights will incur a $75.00 (Orlando), $125.00 (Naples) cleaning fee
payable in advance.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
A $250 deposit is required to confirm reservations. Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payments can
be made via credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations within 2 weeks of reservation will result in the loss of the full cost of the accommodation, plus tax.
Cancellations made two weeks or more prior to the reservation are fully refundable.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Upon arrival ALL guests are required to register at either our Orlando or Naples office. At that time, we will take
an imprint and authorization of a major credit card for $250.00 or cash deposit of $1,000.00 as security against
negligence, theft, damages, or additional charges. We will advise guests in writing and process the charge to their
credit card if damages, losses or additional charges are incurred.
